Comment:  They are top tier just because they can house 100 people and throw big parties, but the quality of the guys in pc 14 and 15 are very suspect. They don't really care about anything besides hooking up with girls and going to class. The biggest problem with them is that they think that all guys want to be Betas and if they aren't Betas, it's just because they didn't get a bid. Grow up boys
