Comment:  needs to know that it is far more than just winning things that make a top house though. They do not have NEAR enough involvement or DIVERSITY among their members to be top at this school. The GPA needs to come up and the partying needs to come down. Even if Phi Mu manages to improve all of these things, the top 3 is clearly defined. They can't claim they are suddenly in the top 3 when the actual top 3 are still going strong and deserving of their spot.
