Comment:  It was posted elsewhere that they only took 11 new members and plan on COB. Minimum quota for all chapters was 50 . Somethings went wrong during recruitment and based by the comments below, I believe these comments. Recruitment was a disaster. SK plans colonizing in a few weeks and it is going to be difficult for DPhiE to obtain a large number of COB bids.
