Best parties and annex houses BY FAR, hottest girls, awesome fraternity house, and most dominate presence on campus. Just walk around chico and see for your self. It's easy to hate them because they wont let you in to their parties if they don't know you, and called "douchebags" by many but one of the only real chico fraternities left along with EX, followed by EP PIKE & Lambda on the rise
