Comment:  Phi Kapp definitely made a splash this past semester. They really showed up and made themselves known on campus, and their new class seems decent. Knowing a bunch of the founding brothers personally, I'd say that they're going to be on the rise over the next few semesters. Very easy to talk to, and they seem like they're going to have a social calendar that will only improve.
