Comment:  Phi Delt has great reputation as a fraternity at UCF, but honestly from a guys perspective, there are just too many brothers in their chapter. Their brothers are very clicky and its almost like they have a frat within a frat. Also their house isn't too nice and isn't on campus which is a major downside.
