Comment:  They are great guys with some nice parties. The reason they are bottom tier is only because they are a primarily "Brown" fraternity and do not have very many socials with other sororities. The guys are genuinely nice people who just want to have a good time. I will continue going to Sig Rho parties and interacting with the members.
