Comment:  fact the top 3 fraternities are sig chi, phi psi, and TKE.(in no specific order) anyone telling you different is flat out wrong. The house is not dry. If it was dry then would they be drinking on the balcony? They still party with the top sororities and were most requested for block. Hate to see people saying stuff thats just flat out wrong even about a different fraternity
