Comment:  I think a lot of people under estimate this chapter. They may not have a good rep, but that reputation is still from 2010 when KD was still top tier. No, this chapter is not top but they are definitely above ZTA, DG, AOPi, KKG and Pi Phi. They have a good amount of beautiful girls too so i don't understand why there is so much hate.
