Comment:  At a glance they look like a nice sorority. But inside it looks like a high school. There are a small group of girls in the sorority that run everything and make it all about them. They also freeze out other girls in the sorority so they can't become really involved in stuff like step show or recruitment if they aren't a part of "the top pi phi" girls. Watching some of my friends who are pi phi basically get excluded from greek life and drop because of this one group is ridiculous.
