Comment:  Being a new chapter can be difficult but I'd say I'm pretty impressed by Pi Phi so far. Yes, they are a pretty mixed group of girls with a couple of randoms (especially their founding class), but the ones I've met so far have been pretty chill. As for rankings, they still need time to build a rep on campus.
