Comment:  Clearly it is insanely difficult to start a new chapter on campus. But Kappa Delta is doing an amazing job at establishing themselves as an up and coming chapter. I do agree that they have a wide variety of sisters but that they are all super sweet. Can't wait to see where they girls take the house in the coming years.
