Comment:  I don't like to say bottom tier because they could be so much better if they cared. They need to not let everyone and anyone in. They let in the girls who get dropped from every sorority because they violated the drinking rules, etc. And that just makes them look bad. This pledge class has some great girls, they just need to be pickier if they want to be more popular
