Comment:  Pros: Best fraternity in terms of popularity and parties. Guys have a good sense of brotherhood and definitely know how to party. Cons: House is a solid 20-minute walk/5 minute drive from campus. Not the classiest, most elegant parties. I would say Kappa Sigma is the best fraternity in terms of social presence, and on par with the lower-tier final clubs... which makes sense considering A LOT of the guys are in lower tier final clubs...
