Comment:  DEFINITELY still in the bottom tier, but they have a lot of potential. Girls always rank them above Phi Mu and Sigma. Many girls with those three left will drop if they get dropped by SK. I know girls who chose them over Zeta and KD, but most I know chose Zeta or KD over SK. Still it shows they're beginning to compete with Zeta and KD (top of bottom tier), and could even rise to middle tier before the newest PC graduates if they work hard and recruit well.
