Comment:  Agreed with the person below. Definitely one of the top houses. Phi Delt is known for winning lots of awards but we'll see how they are in the future. Very social guys that love to have fun. Good looking, but sometimes it gets to their head. I don't know how they do it, but these guys pull off highest grades every semester with a heavy social agenda. Better watch out Phi Delt, winning Fraternity of the year again won't be that easy this year.
