Comment:  Currently Theta Chi is the middle of the middle. They have been steadily trying to get more parties with better sororities. I can say theta chi always has a fun party and had a great freshman turn out this year. If they can get a good pledge class they definitely have the potential to rise, and it might not be hard since phi kap might get kicked off and tx is on the decline. Love their sophomore pc, hope they get more pcs like them.
