Comment:  Honestly this house is so underrated. They have some of the most gorgeous, real looking girls I've seen in Greek Life. They are very social and huge partiers too. I always see Phi's out at the frats. Yes, there are quiet a few not so good-looking girls, but you're going to find that in every single house even Alpha Phi and Pi Phi. I know girls from my hometown who are coming to Arizona next year that want to rush AEPhi over top houses. They're definitely up and coming.
