Comment:  The reason Chi Omega is exclusive is because all the girls are picked by alumni before recruitment even starts. A real mix of girls because they are not picked based on personality and fit but by their resumes and GPA. Somehow this doesn't seem like a sorority based on sisterhood but on resumes.
