Comment:  This is simply how it goes with Kappa Sig - that rich kid in high school who had no friends, but still threw the parties because his parents had money is that kid who joins Kappa Sig. Girls think they're creepy and that there's nothing more to them than their house, which will soon be vacant due to construction. Oh, and they also get in here and rate other fraternities low so that naïve freshmen will think that they're the best. Simply put, our campus would be a better place without them.
