Comment:  top house at uga for sure. attractive girls who only have socials with the best fraternities. im not a theta, but I have to admit they are definitely one of the best sororities on campus along w/ other old row houses. they can be exclusive in who they want to hang out with, but its only because they are allowed to lets be honest. a good time and definitely party girls, but youre in for a fun night if you party w/ theta
