Comment:  I would say they're currently a solid middle tier house. Maybe upper middle tier? Only problem is their sucky neighbor which has slowed their momentum. Their brotherhood is great but that kind of makes them in love with themselves and come off as exclusive and douchey towards other houses. Also I've heard that they think they're "too good" for certain sororities and don't put any effort into exchanges with those sororities
