Comment:  Pi Phi isn't a good house and all they do is have pity parties for themselves about how other people don't give them a chance. I wish the best for pi phi in the future but they aren't with it. I don't know why this chapter is so significantly below every other chapter but they need to start taking recruitment seriously if they want to improve.
