Comment:  The way I see it, it's hard to "fit in" whenever you're so new because there aren't years and years of a sisterhood before you to understand what it's like to be in sorority "xyz". Yes, they're new and maybe they don't quite "get it" but they are trying really, really hard and you have to give them credit for that. Best of luck with recruitment! I'm sure you'll do great.
