Comment:  They are fraternity trying to make a name for themselves. This last semester they tried to put in more work to bring them up to top tier. Unfortunately their older guys are awkward and bring them down. It doesn't help that their house is dry, which can always get them in trouble with OSL. Still consider them middle tier.
