Comment:  Upper middle tier house. Started out a rough year by managed to turn it around a little. They have pretty girls but that's about all they have to offer, everything else about them is painfully average. I've also come to find many phi mus as fake and jealous ! They try way to hard and try to convince everyone they are a top 3 house when they will forever and always be stuck at spot #4 unless tri delt or pi phi passes them up.
