Comment:  Phi Sig is by far the best fraternity on WVU's campus- most popular, best looking, and funnest guys on campus. They throw the most wild parties (you can see the videos online). Some people have said they are on thin ice but due to dedicated alumni and lots of money, they stay in control. Shouldn't have any competition for top spot for years to come.
