Comment:  The most attractive guys that are still down to earth. These guys are always having a good time and cross-bid with in Pi Kap and and Sig Pi. These guys are enthusiastic, responsible, respectful and cute as hell. The mix of people that attend Phi Psi parties are the best and they really attract all different types of sororities. However they seem to be really good friends with Chi O and Pi Phi. Also they always do a dope spring formal in Vail. Absolute chillers.
