Comment:  Last year Pike hands down threw the best parties. Their location off campus was prime and parties were always crowded and fun. This frat is letting last year get to their head and they think they can party with top tier sororities. They are solidly middle tier, upper mid at best and have been improving as a house. Their latest pc's have great guys but the house needs to chill and not let it all get to their head.. It could put them right back to where they were if they continue on like this.
