Comment:  The second place fraternity that bids all the third-rate ACC Parkies that FIJI didn't care for. Some of them are cool, but a lot of them are shady. Like FIJI, they bid some pretty weird guys based on their money alone, but unlike FIJI their weird guys can't stay out of the foreground.
