Comment:  No doubt top tier. I rushed last year and didn't get a bid from them but I know I belong there. I'm re rushing this semester because they're such an amazing house! Usually the houses people think that they want always end up changing but my mind has been set Pi Beta Phi since last year. Great girls and super fun to be around.
