Comment:  I'm kind of thinking that some of these recent low rankings are actually self-rankings; they rag on APhi for being spoiled and shallow, but also go on to call them hot. Many new members don't give a damn about how shallow a chapter is - they're looking to be a part of the "hot" sorority. APhi's reputation has been on the decline lately, and they know it, hence the dirty rushing, multiple infractions, lack of sisterhood, poor reputation, and high number of new members dropping.
