Comment:  I have a couple friends in phi but honestly I think they're doing a lot of self ranking on here. They have a lot of drama and girls keep getting sent to the hospital because they can't hold their liquor, which is pretty sad. They're close with delt so if you like weak shots and peaked in HS you'd enjoy phi.
