Comment:  This frat is going down fast. There is little to no brotherhood. They aren't selective of their members AT ALL. They talk badly about their brothers all the time and a lot of them keep dropping. The house is nice but kinda small, only 9 guys live in it. They have a cute little dog though! The guys in this frat are weird and socially awkward. I don't like hanging out with guys from this frat. Chi Phi needs to get their stuff together or else they won't be a frat for too much longer.
