Comment:  They got 30 guys this semester because the excitement of having a brand new house but with a more accessible bottom tier fraternity attracts people who can't get into bigger houses, but as time moves on the novelty will wear thin and the quality of their brothers will become the focal point. When that happens, Pi Kapp's in trouble because aside of like 15 chill guys they have, the rest are complete randos.
