Comment:  I'm from a sorority considered upper tier, and they are a surprising dark horse right now at UW. Their renovated house is beautiful, they had a very solid fall PC, had humo with kappa (unfortunately got cut though) and have been really impressing to me personally. Good look for next semester and the future
