Comment:  Personally I think Phi Delt is the most underrated house at Mizzou. They're getting a new house and it'll be ready in the fall and it'll be the most expensive house at Mizzou next year, so I hear. They're really nice guys and know how to have a good time. They'll get more known with the new house next year. Keep it up boys!
