Comment:  While as IDA hurt Phi Sig over the past previous years, anyone would be oblivious to say that they aren't back. Amazing new fall pledge class, homecoming partners with DG this year and ZTA next year. Theta man & Anchorman this year and their campus involvement is starting to pick up. I've always loved these boys and it makes me happy to see that they are back heading in the right direction.
