Comment:  They just got a new house for 2014-15 which while not centrally located is clearly the coolest and nicest on campus. Only top tier fraternity where the guys aren't known as d-bags, in fact probably the opposite. Clearly trending the right direction and are becoming one of the more desirable houses on campus.
