Comment:  Phi Kap is one of the most chill frats on the hill. They are all great friends and they party with a pretty solid variety of sororities. Fun, hilarious guys, somewhat degenerate yes- but they have so many crazy smart genius brothers in the house that it's totally ok. And yea they smoke a good amount but that's honestly just a part of why they are so chill. Involvement is growing, they've got a good future ahead.
