Comment:  I went through informal recruitment last fall, and all any of them wanted to talk about was their looks. They all seemed very vapid, and all they cared about was their hair, makeup, nails and clothes. They clearly already had their own girls in mind, who were gonna get in no matter what, and if you weren't one of them, you had zero chance.
