Comment:  Phi delts are ok guys. Most similar to SAE I think. Most are nice, funny, decently attractive. Always have great parties. Events are always fun that Ive been to. They all drink quite a bit. Have stepped up campus involvement in the past couple years. have a few smart guys, most are average students. A couple guys are pretty bad with women, gives them a bad rep. Overall good chapter, good guys.
