Comment:  Pi Phi is considered bottom tier and not very popular among frats. However, they are popular within the non-Greek community for being one of the laid back & nicest sororities on campus. Yes they have had awkward PCs in the past, but they are truly rising and should be given credit for that. They have a great sisterhood & I've honestly never met a Pi Phi who wasn't the sweetest girl & they have never gossiped about their chapter. That's the whole purpose so great job ladies!
