Comment:  Definitely self rate. Asa is a decent group of girls. My RoGam was an Asa and I really thought she was a phi mu because she was so perfect. Asa is definitely not the top tier at utsa. Phi mu and Zeta are considered top tier and Asa is considered below them. They pretty much get the leftover pretty girls that didn't make phi mu or zeta. I get that they have been sweethearts multiple times to certain fraternities, but that's because those frats aren't top tier either.
