Comment:  Okay here is a honest ass rate of these guys. They have a solid young group of guys that will be leading this fraternity very soon. A decent amount of really cool guys on one side. A a decent amount of average guys on the other. Give this fraternity another year and they will be top tier. They know how to party though. Their Halloween party probably had 400+.
