Comment:  They have come a long way from chartering in 2011 and their past pledge classes especially fall 14 greatly improved them as a whole. Definitely not top tier, but probably upper-mid. If they keep up the improvement with consistent pledge classes and their mansion that is supposed to be built by 2018, they'll be pretty damn good.
