Comment:  As a fellow member of a fraternity here id agree with the below poster in saying these guys are the best of mid tier. They get DPhiE's AOll's and some pretty attractive Gamma Phi's to party with. So thats cool props for that. More than a few weirdos and not a lot of guys here, so id say start to recruit better since parties can only take you so far. Honestly theyre the best of mid but have a LONG way to go to get to top. Even though they have good parties top frats throw way better ones.
