Comment:  Considering I've been on campus for 5 years, I've seen frats at highs and at lows. Freshman year I remember me and all my girls going to the old SigEp house and loving every party they had. To this day, I can't think of a nicer, respectful group on campus who still manages to throw down after losing their house. They may not be the hottest or most exciting frat, but I can garuntee you will never have a bad time a SigEp. Give them a few years, they'll be back on top
