Comment:  ATO has gone through an up and down roller-coaster in quality of recruitment. In the beginning, most of the guys that they rushed were ones that did not fit in with the rest of the fraternities, but as they have worked very hard at increasing their membership and gaining their charter there has been some fine leaders that have emerged, but some of their other members do nothing but instigate conflict with other chapters, because they fail to see the bigger picture, which could be their downfall.
