Comment:  I'm a freshman looking to rush (undecided right now), but Phi Psi has had some of the best events so far, in my opinion. The guys are always having a good time with each other and see to it that everyone else enjoys, as well. I know they have a "try hard" rep, but I haven't seen that. The guys are all pretty laid back and just want to have fun. Reputation wise... top of the middle tier, but should be higher.
